Hi, I’m Coach Iya, a dedicated personal trainer at Fitness First Platinum Alabang

I firmly believe that every client deserves a unique plan tailored to their specific needs, life circumstances, and preferences.

From there, I will teach you essential pre-workout and post-workout techniques to enhance your performance and recovery.

Our sessions will incorporate dynamic movement training to improve your core strength and cardiovascular health. Additionally, we will focus on body shaping to help you achieve your desired physique. Throughout your fitness journey, I will track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide continuous support and motivation to ensure you reach your goals.

My Process

Comprehensive and thorough Assessments

We will start with a posture and movement assessment, utilizing the latest tools like Boditrax and MyCoach. These tools will help us track your progress and identify areas for improvement.

Dynamic Movement Training

Our training sessions will focus on Dynamic Movement Training, which emphasizes natural movements to enhance core strength and improve cardiovascular health. I will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique.

Pre and Post Workout Techniques

I will teach you effective pre-workout stretching and muscle activation techniques to prepare your body for exercise, as well as post-workout cool-down techniques to aid in recovery.

Body Sculpting and shaping training

Together, we will work to achieve your desired body shape, creating a plan that boosts your energy and confidence. We will regularly review your progress and adjust your plan as needed. Your hard work is key, but I will be there to guide, coach, and support you every step of the way.
